These terms describe the rules for using Fecrypt. By accessing or using our services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Payments

We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. Charges, receipts, and dispute flows for card or wallet payments are handled by those providers according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or store your full payment card number on our systems.

Services and accounts

Fecrypt provides tooling and related services as described on the site or in-product. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Credits and purchases

Credits, keys, grants, or similar entitlements are defined in the product. Unless we say otherwise, purchases are final to the extent allowed by law and by the policies of the payment method you used.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
